Armor has designed this new gear bag for travel and deployment to locations where you might not have normal hotel room amenities such as dressers and closets.
- This gear bag system is a “Hotel Room in a bag”. Separately removable, and hanging clothing storage bags. Set up in any deployment situation.
- Carry a complete set of long deployment clothing and personal effects
- Also use for movement of specialized equipment. The interior of this bag can be customized for special gear applications.
This bag will appeal to the non-standard traveler with a requirement to carry large or long gear. This bag may not qualify under normal check luggage size allowances and therefore would be used by government travelers on deployment orders or
commercial travels with a requirement for the extra size.

Construction techniques that make the bag rugged:
- Double layer bottom and end construction, using 600D coated polyester on the inside and 18oz vinyl coated polyester on the outside to handle abuse and abrasion
- Ballistic nylon sides and top
- Large Rugged “off-road” wheels
- Rain/protective flap made of 18oz vinyl coated fabric; protected the top from travel damage, rain flap, intrusion
- Extra heavy webbing (the same kind used for professional deep sea diving), in one solid/continuous piece that runs from the lift handle on one end, to the lift handle on the
other end, surrounding the entire lift surface.
- Comfortable rubber lift handles
